Kalabhoomi envisions a platform of equality, socio-cultural events, revival of Odisha’s art, culture and heritage, financially boosted rural areas, people having erudition, economical establishment and health consciousness. We tend to unfold that dazzling smile on those dusky faces who are socially,economically,culturally benighted.

We can’t confine our mission in a bouquet of words rather than executing it. Our mission is our dream, aspiration:

• → To make them aware about health issues, sanitation, precautions and preventions through various ongoing live programs.
• → To encourage their talents and provide them proper counselling.
• → To reach out to every underprivileged and under marginalised people and resolve their issues.

Our Aims & Objective

KALABHOOMI as a trust has inherited the stepping stone towards the multi socio-cultural and welfare activities by adopting traditional methods as well as current updated methods. Traditional method includes musical programs like Pala, Daskathia, Ghoda Nacha, Gotipua dance, tribal dance where as modern method includes one act play, road shows etc documentaries and socio cultural programs. To motivate youth and people with destitution and talent KALABHOOMI assembles various programs and competitions on music, dance, song, art and craft, literature, drama etc. The trust also shows its keen interest in awarding and felicitating individuals having devotion on various public causes in time with the objects of the trust, and career development, academic pursuits as a benefaction. The trust also leans its hand towards the down and out people deteriorated in natural calamities like flood, drought, cyclone, accidents, fire mishappenings. KALABHOOMI also aims at uplifting women empowerment, female education, boosting physically challenged people’s self assertion, providing required elements to the financially and socially backward people. It also carries certain schemes for their livelihood, upliftment and employment. The prime motto of this trust is to acknowledge Odisha’s culture and heritage, art and handicraft, hosting troops, exchanging socio-cultural values internationally. It also embraces charitable dispensaries, hospitals, old age homes, maternity homes, child welfare centres, cultural centres, Gosala, Disaster management training centres, Orphanages etc… and their maintenance and assistances. The trust also takes active participation in receiving and presenting donations from any individuals, as well as organizations, institutions, other charitable trusts, foreign aids etc. permissible through its publications of journals, periodicals, newspapers, timely etc.
